From PLN 10,000 to PLN 15,000 for a pair of eyes, depending on the method. Trans-PRK smart surFace PLN 10,000, FemtoLASIK PLN 11,000, SmartSight PLN 13,600, SmartSight Nova PLN 15,000. The qualification examination costs PLN 400 and takes approximately 90 minutes. Prices are the same in Warsaw and Krakow, and payment can be spread into installments.

FEMTO-LASIK
In the modern FEMTO-LASIK method, the cornea is opened with a high-precision femtosecond laser. The laser’s operation is computer-controlled, and the surgeon also has a microscope at their disposal, ensuring high precision and the ability to select the diameter and thickness of the separated corneal flap. The flap is lifted on a “hinge” to allow the underlying corneal tissue to be reshaped with an excimer laser.

SMARTSIGHT – Minimally Invasive Micro-Lens
SmartSight is a modern femtosecond laser procedure belonging to the so-called flapless methods. These involve creating a lenticule (a micro-lens made from a thin fragment of the cornea) within the intact cornea. A minimally invasive incision is then made for access. Through this small opening, the intra-corneal lens can then be removed. Static cyclorotation compensation can also be applied.
The SMARTSIGHT procedure cannot be performed on the same day as the pre-operative examination due to medical reasons.

Trans PRK Smart Surface 7D Schwind Amaris 1050RS
The Trans-PRK Smart Surface method is the only touch-free laser vision correction method. The modern capabilities of Trans-PRK have contributed to optimizing the procedure at its most crucial point. However, this applies almost exclusively to patients with myopia or astigmatism. If hyperopia is present, Trans-PRK treatment can only be performed successfully if the number of diopters is relatively low. Smart Surface is an original technology offered by Schwind Eye-Tech-Solutions.

PRK/LASEK
Photorefractive keratectomy (PRK) is a surgical procedure performed since 1987, recognized as one of the older methods of refractive laser surgery.
The procedure itself involves removing the upper cellular layer of the cornea (epithelium), and then appropriately reshaping the underlying corneal tissue using an excimer laser.
The procedures are effective and safe, and above all, they guarantee patients a significant improvement in vision.
EBK Laser Vision Correction
A method of superficial vision correction performed without chemical substances, where the epithelium is removed using an Epi/Clear tool, recommended for individuals with thin corneas and those prone to eye injuries
Installments, NFZ, and warranty – what patients ask about
Installment payment through Santander Consumer Bank
We fill out the installment application together at the clinic, the bank’s decision usually comes within a few minutes, and often a statement of income is sufficient. During selected periods, 0% installments are available. You choose the number of installments yourself, so the monthly amount depends on you. For comparison: ten years of contact lenses, solutions, and glasses is an expense of around PLN 20,000 – the procedure is a one-time investment.
Does NFZ refund laser vision correction?
No. Laser vision correction in Poland is a private procedure. The National Health Fund does not finance it, either partially or in full – regardless of the clinic and method.
Up to 5 years warranty
Laser procedures at SwissLaser are covered by a warranty of up to 5 years. The procedure is performed only with a stable vision defect, which is why the durability of the effect is the rule, and re-correction is the exception. Warsaw and Krakow – the same surgeon, the same price
In both clinics, Dr. Victor Derhartunian, FEBO, FWCRS, operates using the same SCHWIND ATOS and Amaris 1050 RS technology. The prices are identical, so you choose the clinic closer to you: Warsaw, ul. Kolejowa 1 or Krakow, ul. Kluczborska 15/U3.
First step: qualification examination for PLN 400
Approximately 90 minutes of full diagnostics: topography and tomography of the cornea, corneal thickness, OCT, tear film evaluation, fundus examination. After the examination, you will know which method is safe for you and exactly how much you will pay. You make the decision – after the measurements, not before them.

Does the price apply to one eye or a pair of eyes?
We quote main prices for a pair of eyes, because that is how we operate most often – both eyes during one visit. The procedure for one eye costs from PLN 5,500 (Trans-PRK) to PLN 7,900 (SmartSight Nova). The price for one eye is slightly higher than half the price for a pair, because the preparation of the operating room, laser, and team is the same.
What does the procedure price include?
The price includes laser surgery on both eyes, anesthetic drops, the work of the team, and a package of post-operative check-ups. In addition, there is a warranty of up to 5 years for laser procedures.
What does the price not include?
The qualification examination (PLN 400, approximately 90 minutes) is billed separately – without it, we do not yet know your method or the final price. We also price separately the qualification for re-correction after a procedure performed in another clinic (PLN 1,000).
Does NFZ refund laser vision correction?
No. Laser vision correction is a private procedure in Poland and the National Health Fund does not finance it. Therefore, we offer installment payments, which allow the cost to be spread over time.

Why is SmartSight Nova more expensive than FemtoLASIK?
SmartSight Nova is a flapless lenticule extraction on the SCHWIND ATOS laser with the CenTrax centering system, which tracks the visual axis and compensates for eye rotation in real-time. FemtoLASIK is a proven method with a flap and the fastest return to sharp vision. The price difference reflects the technology and the extent of tissue protection, not the quality of care – that is identical.
How much does re-correction cost if there is a residual vision defect after the procedure?
According to the price list, laser re-correction costs PLN 3,700 per eye. Laser procedures are covered by a warranty of up to 5 years – we discuss its exact conditions during qualification, before you make a decision.
How much does LASIK, LASEK, PRK, or EBK cost?
Surface methods LASEK/PRK and EBK are priced according to the surface procedures price list, and classic LASIK with a microkeratome has been replaced by FemtoLASIK, in which the flap is created by a femtosecond laser, not a blade. The choice of which method to use results from the qualification examination.
