FEMTO-LASIK
In the modern FEMTO-LASIK method, the cornea is opened with a high-precision femtosecond laser. The laser’s operation is computer-controlled, and the surgeon also has a microscope at their disposal, ensuring maximum precision and the ability to select the diameter and thickness of the separated corneal flap. The flap is lifted on a “hinge” to allow the underlying corneal tissue to be reshaped with an excimer laser.

SMARTSIGHT – Minimally Invasive Micro-Lens
SmartSight is a modern femtosecond laser procedure belonging to the so-called flapless methods. These involve creating a lenticule (a micro-lens made from a thin fragment of the cornea) within the intact cornea. A minimally invasive incision is then made for access. Through this small opening, the intra-corneal lens can then be removed. Static cyclorotation compensation can also be applied.
The SMARTSIGHT procedure cannot be performed on the same day as the pre-operative examination due to medical reasons.

Trans PRK smart surFace 7D Schwind Amaris 1050RS
The Trans-PRK smart Surface method is the only touch-free laser vision correction technique. The modern capabilities of Trans-PRK have optimized the procedure at its most crucial point. However, this applies almost exclusively to patients with myopia or astigmatism. If hyperopia is present, Trans-PRK treatment can only be successfully performed if the number of diopters is relatively low. Smart Surface is an original technology offered by Schwind Eye-Tech-Solutions.

PRK/LASEK
Photorefractive keratectomy (PRK for short) is a surgical procedure performed since 1987, considered one of the older methods of refractive laser surgery.
The procedure itself involves removing the upper cellular layer of the cornea (epithelium), and then appropriately reshaping the underlying corneal tissue using an excimer laser.
The procedures are effective and safe, and above all, they guarantee patients a significant improvement in vision.
EBK Laser Vision Correction
A method of superficial vision correction performed without chemical substances, where the epithelium is removed using an Epi/Clear tool. It is recommended for individuals with thin corneas and those prone to eye injuries.
