Each case is approached individually – sometimes the solution is a further, precisely planned laser procedure, and at other times a combination of different surgical techniques.
Which problems after unsuccessful laser correction can be improved?
Treatment focuses primarily on optical side effects such as the halo effect, starbursts, double vision and difficulty seeing at night. The second area is insufficient quality of vision – when the image is not sharp and everyday activities, such as driving, become a challenge. The aim of the procedure is to eliminate these specific problems.
How does the assessment for secondary correction work?
The foundation is a precise diagnosis using the latest diagnostic equipment and advanced AI software from SCHWIND. This technology makes it possible to create an extremely accurate map of the eye and identify problems invisible in standard examinations. The assessment for re-correction costs PLN 1,000 according to the price list and concludes with an honest evaluation of the situation and a treatment plan based on international standards.
How much does an enhancement correction cost?
According to the official price list, an enhancement correction costs PLN 3,700 per eye, and the assessment for re-correction costs PLN 1,000. NFZ (Poland’s national health fund) does not reimburse this type of procedure, but payment can be spread into instalments through Santander Consumer Bank.
Can every case be repaired after an unsuccessful procedure?
The clinic is open about the fact that not every case can be repaired 100% – instead of promising miracles, it offers full commitment and an honest assessment of the situation. In many situations, however, a significant improvement in quality of vision and quality of life is possible. The overriding goal is to improve vision to a level that allows life without limitations.
