Price list of laser vision correction treatments
The price of the procedure laser vision correction seems prohibitive to many patients. However, it is important to realize that such a procedure is a one-time expense and offsets all other expenses related to glasses and/or contact lenses for the rest of your life.
It’s true that you can’t undergo laser vision correction procedures for free, because the National Health Service doesn’t reimburse, considering them to be… cosmetic procedures. However, given that laser vision correction is one of the most modern and individualized procedures of refractive surgery – that is, medicine! – Which essentially allows for a defect in vision
eliminate rather than correct (as glasses or contact lenses do), such a classification is simply absurd.
For many patients, improving the quality of vision is simply a prerequisite for normal day-to-day functioning: it provides the opportunity to become independent, take up sports activities or work in their dream profession. Even a minimal visual defect can prevent you from joining the uniformed services, playing professional sports or working as a surgeon or watchmaker.
Perfect correction of vision defects with either glasses or contact lenses is still not possible. The larger or more complicated the defect, the more difficult it is to select adequate glasses or lenses for the patient’s needs.
Just a few decades ago, a vision defect was sometimes a verdict – today it is only (and as much as!) a diagnosis, which entails many possible treatments. And the most excellent of these is precisely laser vision correction.
When the decision is made to choose a specific method of laser eye surgery, we will also know the the total cost of the procedure.

The laser vision correction procedure can be paid for in full at one time, or you can take advantage of various forms of installment financing.
