In addition to clinical diagnostics of the anterior segment, the MS-39 can be used in corneal surgery for refractive surgery planning. An IOL calculation module (IOL, intraocular lens \u2013 a module that helps calculate the optimal power of the intraocular lens) based on ray-tracing techniques is also available. The MS-39\u00ae offers a more comprehensive corneal assessment, providing a wide range of anterior segment measurements, from epithelial thickness maps to the crystalline lens with a large diameter.
