LDV Z4’s advanced FEMTO technology enables a variety of corneal applications. Using low-energy, high-frequency repetition technology combined with X-Y-Z movement of the lens, it is possible to create perfect, truly personalized flaps (flap), pockets for corneal implants and tunnels for intraocular rings.

Thanks to the laser architecture – with the most precise focusing quality, low energy and highest repetition rate of all femtosecond laser systems – spots remain very small and completely overlap.
