This allows for the use of low energy with precise overlapping of successive laser spots. The compact design, combined with its small mass and dimensions, enables full mobility and operation in rooms with varying humidity and air temperature.

The advanced FEMTO LDV Z4 technology enables the creation of various corneal applications. Thanks to low-energy, high-repetition-rate technology combined with the X-Y-Z movement of the lens, it is possible to create excellent, truly personalized flaps, pockets for corneal implants, and tunnels for intrastromal rings.

Thanks to the laser’s architecture – with the most accurate focusing quality, low energy, and the highest repetition rate among all femtosecond laser systems – the spots remain very small and completely overlap.

Procedures performed by FEMTO LDV lasers can be divided into three groups

Refractive Surgery: Z-LASIK, Z-LASIK Z, LASIK Optima, CLEAR, corneal implants
