Der Laser wird computergesteuert, und dem Chirurgen steht zus\u00e4tzlich ein Mikroskop zur Verf\u00fcgung, was maximale Pr\u00e4zision sowie die Wahl des Durchmessers und der Dicke des separierten Hornhautlappens gew\u00e4hrleistet. \u2013 minimal-invasive Mikrolinse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SmartSight ist ein modernes Verfahren mit dem Femtosekundenlaser, das zu den sogenannten Flap-freien Methoden (without flap) geh\u00f6rt. Diese basieren darauf, dass innerhalb der unversehrten Hornhaut eine sogenannte Lenticula (Mikrolinse aus einem d\u00fcnnen Hornhautfragment) erzeugt wird. Anschlie\u00dfend wird ein minimal-invasiver Zugangsschnitt durchgef\u00fchrt. Durch diese kleine \u00d6ffnung kann dann die intrastromale Linse entfernt werden.
